All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your parcel in real time via our Track My Order page, powered by ParcelPanel. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Most personal import orders fall within duty-free thresholds, but we cannot guarantee this for every destination. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@ibrilliance.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Once we confirm your return request, refunds are initiated within 24 hours. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a full resolution at no cost to you.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability, we will arrange an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

What items are non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless faulty. Items showing signs of wear, customer-caused damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Are the gemstones in your jewellery real and natural?

Yes. iBrilliance shop uses genuine natural gemstones — including natural turquoise, freshwater baroque pearls, pink raw stone, green stone, and other authentic minerals. Because these are natural materials, each piece carries unique variations in colour, tone, and matrix pattern. No two pieces are identical — a hallmark of authenticity.

What does 18K gold-plated mean and how durable is it?

Our gold-plated pieces are crafted on a brass or copper alloy base and electroplated with 18K gold using a thick, multi-layer, high colour-retention process. This delivers lasting warmth and brilliance that resists tarnishing far longer than standard plating. With proper care — avoiding water, perfumes, and chemicals — your pieces will maintain their lustre for a long time.

Do your earrings use sterling silver posts?

Yes. Most earrings are fitted with 925 sterling silver ear posts, suitable for sensitive ears. The butterfly back ensures a secure, comfortable fit. Some statement pieces also feature a dual closure — both a pierced ear post and a brooch pin — so they can be worn as earrings or pinned as a brooch.

Why does my item look slightly different from the product photos?

Our jewellery is handcrafted using natural materials. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, and the natural character of each stone or pearl. A size tolerance of 0.1–0.5 cm may occur due to manual measurement. These are signs of authentic, handcrafted quality — not defects.

What is a baroque pearl?

Baroque pearls are naturally irregular, non-spherical freshwater pearls. Unlike perfectly round cultured pearls, baroque pearls form in organic, free-form shapes — each one completely unique. Their soft iridescent lustre and sculptural silhouette give them a character no synthetic stone can replicate.

What is natural turquoise and how is it different from synthetic turquoise?

Natural turquoise is a genuine mineral gemstone formed over thousands of years, prized for its vivid sky-blue colour. It carries subtle variations in tone and matrix (natural veining) that make every piece unique. Synthetic turquoise is manufactured and lacks these natural characteristics. All turquoise used by iBrilliance shop is genuine and natural.

Are your jewellery sets sold together or separately?

Our jewellery sets are sold as complete sets as listed on the product page. The set contents are clearly described in the What's Included section of each listing. Individual pieces from a set are not sold separately unless listed as standalone products.

How do I care for my iBrilliance shop jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, hairsprays, sunscreen, and harsh chemicals
  • Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear
  • Store in a soft pouch or jewellery box, keeping pieces separate to prevent scratching
  • Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
  • Apply perfume and hairspray before putting on your jewellery, not after
How do I care for natural turquoise specifically?

Turquoise is a porous stone that can absorb oils and liquids, which may alter its colour. Keep turquoise jewellery dry and away from oils, lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products. Wipe gently with a dry cloth — never use ultrasonic cleaners or steam on turquoise.

How do I care for freshwater pearl jewellery?

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth after wearing. Avoid contact with perfumes, acids, and harsh chemicals. Store flat in a soft pouch — never hang pearl necklaces, as the thread can stretch. Pearls should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Can I wear my jewellery in the shower or swimming pool?

We strongly advise against it. Prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, salt water, and soap can damage both the natural stones and the gold plating. Always remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming, or using a hot tub.

My 925 silver post has bent slightly — what should I do?

925 sterling silver is a soft metal by nature. If an ear post becomes slightly bent, you can gently straighten it by hand with care. Do not use tools or apply excessive force, as this may cause the post to snap. If significantly damaged, please contact us.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@ibrilliance.shop or call +44 7456 232738. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot cancel, but you may return under our 30-day policy.

Is my first order eligible for a discount?
