How to Use & Care:
Do not wear while bathing: Avoid contact with water, soap, and washing-up liquid. These will cause the Ebony wood to temporarily lose its dark lustre and turn pale. If this happens, allow to dry completely, then handle with your hands or apply a small amount of hand cream or conditioning oil to restore the colour.
The bronze patina is intentional: The anti-patina lacquer surface will gradually wear away with use, revealing warm gold brass beneath. This is not a defect — it is the living character of the piece. The pace of change depends entirely on how you wear it.
Elastic cord care: Handle with care and avoid overstretching. Store in a small sealed pouch when not wearing.
Wood conditioning: A faint natural scent from the wood conditioning oil is normal and will dissipate within a few days of wear. Store in a dry place away from prolonged sunlight.
